PERSONAL TRAINING
"Personal training will consist of year's of Practice, Dedication, Endurance, and
Personal Improvement. The program starts kids off at the age of 7 and continues to the Athlete reaches the College. There are Monthly AATIR ( Annual Athletic Training Intensity Report)which will consist of both Mental and Physical Aspects that every Athlete in the program must meet. Our Trainer are retired professionals."
